Microfinish is proud to be ISO 9001:2015 certified, a certification that means that the products, services and systems of Microfinish and other companies who are ISO certified measure up to a level of quality adhered to by companies whose products and services are sold around the world.
ISO standards are set by the International Organization for Standardization and are accepted worldwide. It also ensures that companies that accept and follow these standards locally meet the same measure of quality that international companies and organizations do. That means that Microfinish adheres to a high, international level of quality.
The ISO organization was formed almost three quarters of a century ago “to facilitate the international coordination and unification of industrial standards.” Today, that organization has members from 164 countries and 783 technical committees and subcommittees to develop standards. The organization has published more than 22,680 international standards covering almost all aspects of technology and manufacturing, according to the ISO website.
According to the requirements to be ISO certified, Microfinish has in place a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, a standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system that gives Microfinish the capability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. It also enhances customer satisfaction through the effective application of the quality management system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer satisfaction.
It is important to us at Microfinish that we meet and exceed the international levels of quality set by ISO. While it is always the goal of Microfinish to provide quality products, having a certificate of registration finding the company to be in conformance with ISO 9001:2015 through 2021 helps let customers know that an independent inspection organization has found Microfinish to be in conformance with ISO standards or better said, that Microfinish is here for its customers and stands behind its work!
